BETHEL CHURCH OF CHRIST

If you know anything about Phoenix you will know that we are neighbours with other townships like Inanda, Ntuzuma and Kwa- mashu. Also known as the PINK area.  As the picture reveals, there happens to be an unused reservoir on the actual borders of the PINK area. T O L has managed to acquire that land for the sole purpose of reaching out to these different communities on a far larger scale with the intension of building a better society regardless of colour or creed. This place (the reservoir) is called Bethel, is situated in the Heart of an underprivileged community called “Brooks Farm”.   The people here face poverty, unemployment, crime, etc. 

 We aim to provide a multi use facility to serve the needs of this community:

Education and Training             

Creche and Day Care

Soup Kitchen

Adult Education and Literacy

Enterpreneurship

Establish basic health care

Individual and family counselling

Social Services

This undeveloped “reservoir” has the potential to facilitate all of the above and more.
