WELCOME TO TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES

Tree of life ministries (T.O.L) was established 11 years ago and has been impacting the community in various ways. Our senior Pastor - Ronnie Govender and an assistant Pastor Harry.

As the name (T.O.L) suggests we endeavour to touch lives locally, nationally and internationally. The core function of the church is to reach the lost and in the process perform the duties set out in the Bible. Duties such as:

Ø  To feed the hungry,

Ø  Assist the poor and needy,

Ø  Take care of the widows,

Ø  Heal the sick,

Ø  Take care of the destitute,

Ø  Visit the prisoner,

Ø  Disciple the believer and a whole lot more. 

Each aspect has a place in the church at large and it is virtually impossible for any one individual to fulfil every task with out the assistance and co operation of fellow Christians.

This site will guide you through some of the work already done in the Phoenix (Durban) area. It will also navigate you through the partners that have linked with us in service, in an attempt to scratch the surface of the mammoth task ahead. The site will also lay out our future plans and have a constant update thereof.  Where it is necessary statistics will be provided.

Our current focus is on a reservoir bordering Phoenix, Inanda, Ntuzuma and Kwa Mashu – known as “PINK” area. More information is provided under the branch of Bethel Church of Christ link. Bishop J E Nxele has graciously accepted our proposal to develop this site for the people in these poverty stricken areas and we can use all the help anyone can offer.

Being a partner with us does not impose on you the individual to break any ties with your current association / church etc. We do recommend that you keep the level of integrity and transparency that is required.
